At Lumen&Oak, every timepiece is handled with artisanal care from our workshop to your door. We partner with premium global carriers to ensure your heirloom arrives safely, securely, and with the emotional connection it was intended to deliver.

1. North American Shipping (USA & Canada)

  • USA Standard (2–5 Days - USPS): FREE
  • USA Priority (1–2 Days - FedEx): $11.99
  • Canada Standard (4–8 Days - DHL/FedEx): FREE
  • Canada Priority (2–5 Days - FedEx): $21.50

2. International Shipping (Worldwide)

Lumen&Oak now proudly serves clients globally. All international orders are shipped via DHL Express or FedEx International Priority to ensure end-to-end tracking and white-glove handling.

  • International Standard (3–10 Business Days - DHL/FedEx): $9.22
  • International Priority (2–5 Business Days - FedEx): $24.50
  • Note: For your security, a signature is required upon delivery for all international timepiece shipments.

3. The Digital Experience (QR Video Message)

Your watch includes a physical Lumen&Oak Signature Card.

  • Global Access: The QR code on your card is optimized for global networks. Whether your recipient is in London, Tokyo, or New York, the video message will reveal instantly upon scanning.
  • Encrypted Hosting: All video messages are hosted on our secure servers to ensure your personal memories remain private as they travel across borders.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Lumen&Oak is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • Customer Responsibility: All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, VAT, GST, or luxury taxes) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Refusal Policy: If a package is refused due to unpaid customs duties, the original shipping cost and any return fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

5. Payment Methods

To ensure the highest level of security for our global clientele, we exclusively accept payments through PayPal.

  • Secure Transactions: This allows you to pay via your PayPal balance, or any credit card/bank account linked to your PayPal account, without sharing your financial details with us directly.
  • Verification: All international orders must be placed through a verified PayPal account to ensure buyer and seller protection.
